Every work first defines who uses it and in what setting, then lets the interface and rules follow that setting.
Written down before work begins
Scope, timing, and delivery are put into email and confirmed by both sides before work begins.
Polished repeatedly, maintained after release
The same detail is reworked until it holds up in ordinary use. Works stay updated after release.
